Light, flowy floral dress. Fitted bodice, flowy skirt. Faux buttons in front. Tie detail around sleeves. Elastic around shoulders - can be worn over shoulders or with exposed shoulders. Ruffle detail around hem and back. Back has elastic. Lined. Stretchy material, plus elastic in back make this versatile and flattering on a range of sizes. Small mark on skirt, please see photo. Measures 26” around waist, 16” armpit to armpit, 33” from shoulder to hem.
