This cutie is super versatile. It features a striped button down skirt with a belt (which I would use as a headband) paired with a with top. Perfect for just about any occasion bc it’s a decent length, not right but not super loose. It is brand new and never worn because the event was cancelled

thizclozet @shoposher yes it does have elastic and the material is cotton and polyester. (It reminds me of linen mostly)

shoposher Thank you for that info---I like that it has some polyester to help prevent wrinkles. This is size XS, so I am wondering about the waist size. Can you please tell me what the "un-stretched" measurement is, & also the "stretched" measurement, so I can tell it I fall somewhere within that size range? Also, the skirt length please. Thank you very much!
