Fit and flare dress, deep v-neck, from Milan

This is a great NEW dress from OML Oh My Love London, new with tags. The style is fit and flare with deep v-neck in front and back. In front there is a small elastic detail (see in photo with my hand behind it) to help keep the cleavage area together. There are two elastic strips at the high empire waist, with an elastic tie on the bottom one. Overall there is a lace/netting fabric overlaid onto a champagne color. There are two lace ruffles in the skirt. Length is a bit above the knee, and measures 27" when measured along the side hem from bottom of arm hole to bottom of dress. This was purchased in Milan, Italy from La Rinascente department store. It's a beautiful new dress, but simply doesn't fit me. Purchased for €101, around US $120.00.
