Fit and flair dress.

Sunshine yellow dress with layers of ruffles at the top of the dress. It has adjustable straps. Very cute by itself or with a cardigan or jean jacket!! It has a stretchy back and is made of light chiffon material. This is a beautiful dress and has sewn in lining and is not see through. Never been worn. No snags or flaws.
