First Monday cotton size large blue/ivory striped dress

Excellent condition dress with adjustable straps and adjustable tie at the waist. Fully lined and machine washable. Body of dress is 100% cotton, and the lining is rayon. Pit to pit is 18.5 inches, length is 35.25 inches where the straps are adjusted right now. Looks like linen, but it is cotton.
