@kmleonhard Sure! I laid it flat and measured from arm pit to arm pit and it is 24 inches. Along the bottom (waist) it is 22 inches. It has a lot of stretch. It is 63% poly 34% rayon 3% spandex

@kmleonhard yes most definitely if you are a true small. I’d a medium or large wears it - it fits - just not as roomy.
