This wonderful cookbook is without its paper jacket, don’t ask me how I lost it, I had this cookbook stored in the mountains at an Airbnb, not like people are looking for recipes while in the mountains, but you never know, anyway, I sold the house so it’s time to get rid of these things. This book is an excellent condition, I love her use of full color, rich texture photos, which make me feel like I could possibly make these dishes , my original knock on her other cookbook, which I have as well, is that I am not going to be blanching anything. I want to cook and eat.
