This is a lightweight water and wind proof shell to wear over your pants when the weather gets crazy. They have dual YKK zippers down the side of each leg to make getting them on and off easier plus zippers at the butt area to access pockets. The waist has elastic and belt loops. These pants are like new, never worn.
