nonajane @jamirumpel No- not to be worn inside shoes. Have non- skid treads on bottom so you don’t slip on tile or wood floors.

jamirumpel @nonajane I know that they have a tread on the back but you can still wear them with shoes if necessary. We have many therapy patients who have them on with their sneakers.
