srd76 @mollyanderso137 - it might be ok if they are not super petite. The suspenders are adjustable and you could pin them if you needed it shorter. I hope this helps!

srd76 @amanda_trivison the tags are attached and it fits most kids ages 2-7, so I think it would work fine for a 2-3T. All lights and sounds work. I am selling multiple brand new costumes, so if it’s listed, i still have at least one available.
