rgcollections @karentripp728 Hello! Happy Valentines Day to you! I would say the jacket is a tad bit oversized, as I wear a large and it fits me. However, I wore it open and did not try to button up. It does not stretch. It is 100% cotton. I bought this jacket years ago for a festival and only wore it once. I don't even remember where I bought it from. It is a great jacket. If you haven't already, compare the measurements to a similar jacket in your wardrobe. Best of luck! TY.
