Fioni navy blue peep toe heels w/ pink polka dots

Really cute navy blue fabric peep toe heels. The fabric has light pink polka dots on it and a sheer gauzy fabric bow/ poufy flower on the top of the vamp. These have been worn but in great used condition. Have some scuffs on the heels as shown.
