acukaren @brittamail I agree the shoulder on this top is a bit narrow for a medium but this is also a more fitted shirt for Doen. Other tops like the June top are more loose and flowy and have more room in the shoulders. I would definitely measure this against a long sleeve button down you have and see if it will work. I think this fits true to size compared to a Ralph Lauren button down if that helps??
