OK, this dress is so pretty. It has a very wide neck and I believe is meant to be worn off shoulder. The under arm to under arm is approximately 22 inches or take an inch. It’s very long at approximately 52 inches from the frontof the neckline the waist is rushed and very stretchy at 16 1/2 inches but stretches to about 25 inches. This would be stunning to take on vacation and throw over your bathing suit or just put a slip under it.
