Brand new and never worn Field Day and Friends dress that can be reversible. I will steam it before I send it off. I thought the front tag on the chest was the most flattering and it didn't scratch at all. This company doesn't do tags so this is NWT. I was the only owner of this cutie. Ethical company and made in the USA. True wrap dress so difficult to measure but I'll do my best. I loved this dress but it was a little baggy in the chest area for me. for reference, I'm a small C cup and 36inches around and I'm 5ft 3 inches. The dress hit me right at the ankle. I'd say best snug on a large and baggy on a medium. Free flowy just in not for me. I'm too short. 😜 laying flat so double in size except the length. This dress is very stretchy, ultra soft and breathable. measures as much as I could stretch as possible without loosing the structure of the wrap. length: 53 inches chest and waist: 19 inches sleeve length: 18 inches flowy arm opening: 9 inches
