Fiber Optic Glow Wands 13 Count

Bag says 12 but I had two packs of these for a graduation party. I think four haven’t been used at all and have original tab in them. Others were used sporadically for about an hour. I made tabs to insert between batteries so they last. Bright white color, definitely not warm. All work. 13 total.
