keisha0831 @thriftedmix thank you . I contacted Fi and I’m able to use it. I wanted to make sure I used the same series so I could use the same type of subscription. I pay $100 a year for my series 2 and my sister just got the 3 and hers is billed differently and like twice as much? Is your series 3 more then $100 a year one payment?

keisha0831 @thriftedmix yeah I just asked for series 3 prices and it’s $100 for 6 months plus $20 activation fee. My series 2 is $99 a year plus 5% multi dog discount. So half the price then the 3 yearly 🤯 Thank you, I placed my order! Wish I would’ve checked your entire closet out before, I was just to excited to hurry and purchase haha

keisha0831 Also my current collar is missing the silver face plate as well from the dogs wrestling around. Only issue I’ve ever had with the device so must be common with these. I believe I can use any wall plug as the cord is just USB correct?

thriftedmix @keisha0831 sorry for all the posts! My computer froze when I replied. I have to check now I thought I paid for the whole year! It should work with another one the new one didn’t come with one so I have to use it for the new one.
