Pastel clothing ballerina tunic. Various sizes available. 95% vicrose, 5% spandex Made in USA. Sm-17-18" armpit to armpit flat, M-19-20", L-21", xl-22. This shirt is very flowy through bust, bust and hips. Intentionally tighter in arms but does have a lot of stretch.

catzlady @everythingpink1 XL is 22". I can fit in the XL, I am a d cup and normally a size 10-12 depending on the brand.

catzlady @saxophonegal I just measured 22 inches. That is on the side. It will go up in the front a bit depending on bust size, which gives a flowy look to it. It is a really cute shirt. Looks great with leggings or shorts.
