Festive embroidered dress

Gorgeous dress I bought in India a couple years ago. The gold is so incredibly festive and makes this dress so special. The color is between blue and teal. There is not a lot of stretch in the fabric. There is an underskirt to make this have a bit more volume. Only worn once.
