@kimler hello. Thank you for your inquiry. I’m not able to give you exact measurements as it is in storage at this time. What I can say is that it is oversize even for Americans. I am male 6’0”
And it will wear comfortably over a bulky sweater, sweatshirt. My chest measurement exceeds 39”
It was made as festival wear, unisex and always worn over regular clothing. Not sure if this helps you. Thank you
