Festive Floral Dress

Bought this beautiful dress/tunic at a Dallas boutique to wear to a Cinco de Mayo cook out. It can be worn with short, pants or just by itself. I also wore it a handful of times as a swimsuit cover up. It is in EUC and the colors are still bright! Tag says large but I really feel it's a one size fits most kind of top depending on how it is worn. The material does not have any stretch. (belt not included)
