Festive Black and Red Skirt by Margo Paris

Margo Paris Tiered Skirt. High waist fitted black skirt(viscose fabric)with red stitched ribbon(elastane) swirling throughout the skirt fabric. Second under layer of matching red tulle.(nylon) Size T.38 (Medium) Zipper closer on back of skirt. There are some tears on the underside of the red nylon underskirt where it must have caught on something I sat on and one place where the red ribbon frayed a little. See pictures.
