Festival skirt

Bought on Etsy! Hand made. Fun and festive tie around skirt but I never wear it! It is a brown color; earthy color. Lace is so neat and follows all the way around, front and back. Because it is a tie around it can fit many sizes so it is free size( S, M,L). There was no size option choice to list it that way.
