Festival pants

Urban outfitters brand “Band of Gypsies” semi-sheer festival pants. Cuffed at the bottom with an elastic band and elastic waistband. Sides are open from knees to ankles (somewhat hard to photograph, if more pictures would be helpful, please let me know!!)
