Festival Flow Mini Skirt

This beauty has never been worn! It's a soft cotton material. The color is fuchsia pink with buttons lining down the front. It doesn't actually unbutton, but an adorable touch to the design. I am tall, and it wasn't too short on me. Fits perfectly and I am 5'9''.
