Festival Deep Plunge Black Lace Romper

NWOT!! This romper is SO COOL!! I have had it for a couple of years but have never worn it. I've always told myself that if I go to a music festival, I'd wear this. But after having it for like 3 years I have yet to put it to use. I'll let it go for the right price! Lace bell sleeves with deep plunging neckline. XS, I'm 5'3" 115 lbs and it fits me perfectly. **Not Nasty Gal! This is from Tobi - I I feel this style fits the Nasty Gal crowd so I used that brand for a little more exposure :)
