What are the waist and sleeve measurements? Does the picture show the true shade of gray?

@solo445 I purchased a measuring tape for $1 at Wal-Mart last year. The waist is measured across the top button on a two-button jacket and the middle button on a three-button jacket. The sleeve is measured from the shoulder to the cuff. I need a. 26" waist (when closed) and about 25" or close to it for the sleeve length. I am looking for a dark charcoal gray, almost black. Your pictures appear to be the right color.
