Fenton Silver Crest White Cased Glass Ruffle Edge Basket w/ Clear Bamboo Handle

This is a beautiful MCM Vintage Fenton Silver Crest "wedding basket" is done in glossy cased white milk glass with a clear glass ruffled/crimped rim. The clear handle has a pattern reminiscent of bamboo. Fenton produced the Silver Crest pattern from 1942 to 1986, and the line included a dozens of pieces - from bowls, plates and an ashtray to beautiful art glass display pieces like this and other baskets. This piece measures 7" across the basket and apx. 8" to the top of the handle. It's in mint condition, bright, glossy and free from signs of wear. Lovely, versatile display piece to bring a touch of vintage style to any eclectic home!
