Fenton Ruby Red Painted Bell & Westmorland White Painted Bell

The Fenton ruby bell is beautifully painted on one side in red and is signed. The Westmorland bell is also painted and signed I believe it also dated but will let the buyer decide if that is the date. Pictures show the detail on both of them.
