On the front of the plate, pictured is Patrick Henry. On the front at the bottom of reads: Give me Liberty or give me death. On the back of the plate it reads as follows: Issued January 1, 1973 Official United States of America Bicentennial Commemorative Project of The General Federation of Womens Club. No chips or cracks. Great condition.
