lady_jmurphy @michelledra Hi! I updated the listing with additional pictures and measurements. Bust: 16", Waist: 19", Shoulder to hem: 35" The fabric feels to me like a heavier cotton, not stretchy. Almost like the weight of a wool crepe but with out the texture of a wool crepe. It has a smooth beautiful hand to this cotton. The weight of the fabric gives structure to the A-line flared shift fit of this dress.
