Female shirt formal from h&m

I am selling a brand new shirt . It is saying that it is size USA 0 but it is bigger than that . I never wear it . It would be fine for size 2-4 . I am not sure exactly which size it will be. I guess size 2 will be perfect . So check this out . You can return if it doesn’t fit but with tag plz . Hope you have a good shopping
