Felt Necklace Bracelet - Art to Wear

This art-to-wear versatile handmade felt necklace and/ or bracelet can be made into many shapes as the photos attest. I purchased it at a craft fair in Holland. The colors are more muted than they appear in the photos. They are chiefly yellow, orange, blue, purple, & green. Go great with the Jane Mohr brooch (sold separately). Dimensions below are stretched. The natural waves of the fabric make is shorter, depending on how you choose to wear it>
