Felt Handmade little purse

Unique, German-made Felt “clutch” (not sure what to call it!) with multi-color felt flowers forming a heart shape, along w some sparkly small beading and scalloped green base at close. It’s held together by the purple felt wrap closure. purchased at Munich’s “Auer Dult” (a well-known century-old traditional market). Measures 5” X 4”
