stinared Hello, What does the bust and waist measurement on the MP measure? What dress size would you estimate it would fit best? Does it run TTS, small, large?

jpshops19 @stinared both measurements are roughly the same due to the straight cut. the bust is approx. 23” and the waist is approx. 22.5”. I would say the jacket fits TTS however some reviews mention it running slightly big. I believe it would be best for someone who wears size 8-12 in dresses.
