In EUC, this is the "Blockprint Pullover" in the red motif. Anthropologie's description from 2006 read, "This short-sleeved voile tunic by Fei is printed with sunny splotches and bloused with a grosgrain belt." No holes, tears or stains. You can wear this one with or without the belt. The sleeves are puffy, but not overly, with flat cuffs. It has a keyhole button closure in the back, and just 2 belt loops on the sides. It has one tiny flaw on the belt shown in photos. Really comfortable, great for Spring & Summer.
