aelalea I've never understood the indignation over low offers! It's not like someone is holding you up at gunpoint! If you can't accept the offer, you don't have to. Why do people get so angry?? Love this post!

mariajv @champ_taste exactly! I'd rather get it sold than have it sit forever. If I get low balled I counter, if they ignore I assume they're not serious and go on with my day. Ignoring offers in my opinion is like walking a sale.

karaaitbrayam I agree, people often offer what they can afford, no reason to get all freaked out about it :-) in fact a low offer is still encouraging to me since things don't move super fast here anyway! It shows interest in what I am selling. Stay positive :-) :-)
