Flowy, loose-fitting royal blue short sleeve blouse featuring 3 pleat decoration down center front. Measurements (taken laying flat): Bust: 20" Pit to pit: 21" Length: 25" **PLEASE NOTE!** Colors may be slightly different from photos due to lighting and screen settings.
