Boho style off the shoulder navy blue romper with beautiful flower print. Size small. No zippers or buttons. All elastic (top for shoulder and at waist) with only a tie for the waist that is the same fabric as the romper Very comfortable! Sleeves are bell shaped with an angle cut at the bottom. as seen in picture, the shoulder to the bottom of romper 23" *May differ a little bit when worn because of how much it is off shoulder fabric of top of shoulder to underarm 7" waist 11 1/2" measurement of the tie that comes with it 5 feet (there are two sewn-in loops at the waist for the tie to be secure)
