Faux wrap dress

The Jody long sleeve peasant dress has shirring around the entire neckline, faux wrap detail on her bodice, a drawcord at the neckline, as well as an elastic chain stitch smocking waistband. She has sewn encased elastic around the entire neckline and the sleeve openings. Jody has Raglan sleeves.
