Large faux turquoise, I think it's actually dyed howlite or marble. Cool in any case! The red stones either side might be carnelian, and the ones at top and bottom look like red glass. Stamped 925 silver, may be plated. Quite free people or sundance in style. Open to offers ๐!

It might be turquoise is "stabilized" to hold it's blue color. Otherwise over time it turns green. It looks like the rough style with the dot accents is often handmade in Nepal. Just my opinion from working in a rock shop. Howlite dyed is usually cabochon or flat. Marble is too brittle to be used in jewelry and doesn't form in weird bumpy lumps the way turquoise does. Just my opinion.

The top and bottom stones could be a dark faceted citrine quartz that is more red because it crystals grew in iron rich area. Usually costume jewelry is cheap and made of faux cheap materials while 925 has real stones. If it is marked 925 it is not plated but sterling silver.
