shoposher What is the fabric made of? What are the measurements across top edge & across hip where fringe is attached? (Does the waist stretch?) What is the condition? Which photo shows the actual color more accurately---the cream colored one 2nd from top, or the other 3 (which all look gold-ish or yellow-ish? Thank you.

chrbres7 no problem my mom is a seamstress for 60 years when she gets up I will have her help me to make sure the measurements is at the hip.Get back to ypu in a bit

shoposher @chrbres7 Thank you! The 17" will tell me what I need to know if you can also just measure the distance BETWEEN the top edge of the skirt & the very top of the fringe (where it's attached). Then I can measure around my hips at that same distance down from my waistline.
