Faux snake skin boots, UK 4

EGO faux snake skin, square toe boots. They are a UK 4, which I thought is supposed to be US 6/6.5 but they feel more like a US 7/7.5. Never been worn, just tried on at home. Other than the fact they don’t fit, they do seem like they’d be comfortable and pretty stable. From the heel the shaft comes up about 6.5 inches. The circumstance of the shaft is 10.25 inches. The heel itself is 3.75 inches.
