alipurps Does the skirt have stretch? What's the smallest size it would for comfortably without being too loose?

stylebycin @akwaag the skirt is super stretchy. it's a size medium but run big. I am a size 12/14 in skirts and it's fits me perfect. I would say the smallest it could fit is a person size 10.
