Faux Leather Stretch Belt

This belt runs extremely small, torrid listed as a size 10, but when I tried to put it on...it only went half way around my waist! I measured the actual belt and from the buckle to the first hole is about 28 inches. So if your waist is 28" or less than this belt is perfect for you. Also it says its stretchy....its really not, at all.
