alexmarks Thanks it's been fun... Actually since you offered.... Posh told me someone said what I shipped wasn't what was in the picture... Unless by mistake I switched shipping labels..I can't imagine what the buyers deal is??? Ever have that experience??

kimitaa @alexmarks Poshmark will make them prove it was not the correct item by taking a picture of the item and sending it to them. Unfortunately you can't talk with anyone at Poshmark by phone ; ( Poshmark will decide what is best. Sometimes, they have the person return the item to you and refund you. Other times the buyer will keep the item and Poshmark may still refund you. Poshmark will usually give you the opportunity to explain it in an email or msg they send to you.
