Like "NEW' I only wore this vest about 3 times. Materials: shell 75% acrylic & 25% polyester and lining is 100% polyester. Measurements: shoulder to armpit 10", shoulder to shoulder (across) 14", armpit to armpit (across) 20", and length measured shoulder to hem is 21".
