Father Santa Musical Figure

This piece plays Here Comes Santa Claus but the musical component needs some work. Sometimes plays well and not so great at other times. Could likely be taken apart and fixed or left as is and could be a project. I fear I would mess it up for good if I tried. A few scuffs and nicks but could easily be painted over.
