Fate Black Ruffled Blouse with Mandarin Collar

Really adorable blouse from Fate has a black background and a mini floral pattern. The mandarin-style, ruffled neckline can be worn open or tied. The sleeves have a gather below the shoulders. They are sheer, but the body of the blouse is FULLY LINED!! I've worn it with slacks AND with jeans and always get compliments. Very lightweight and loose-fitting. Size M is true to size.
