Fashion White Platform Boots

I bought these new a few years ago but dont remember where. I do know there was a size 38 sticker on them that I no longer have. I am a size 7.5-8 or 38-39. I did wear these once when I first got them but now they seem to small. My toes are cramped in the toe box. So I would say they would fit a size 7 or a small 7.5. The buckles are stationary and do not unbuckle.
